Cohalan Downing was formed in 1979 by Maurice Cohalan, John Downing & Malcolm Tyrrell. Since their inception the practice has grown steadily over the years to become one of the most successful property firms in Munster. The practice is actively involved in all aspects of the property market throughout the Cork and Munster region. The practice is run by its four directors with additional property negotiators and surveyors.
