DNG Farrell

Wm. Farrell & Sons was founded in 1969 as Auctioneers, Valuer and Estate Agents by Mr. William Farrell. Following in his father’s footsteps since 1984, Liam Farrell has continued the tradition whilst the knowledge and expertise of Wm. Farrell & Sons has evolved so that the company provides multifaceted, professional services covering commercial & residential property, consultancy / project management, financial planning, and insurance. In mid-1999, Wm. Farrell & Sons was pleased to become part of the property advisory company the Sherry FitzGerald Group which, over the five years of Sherry FitzGerald Farrell’s participation, grew to have 100 offices in the 26 Counties. In October 2004, Liam Farrell was approached to join the new DNG-Nationwide franchise arm of Dublin-based Douglas Newman Good (est. 1982), and to become the Chairman of the DNG-Nationwide franchise venture. DNG-Farrell is widely regarded as the largest and most active property company in the Upper Shannon Region, covering County Leitrim, North Roscommon, South Sligo, West Cavan and Northwest Longford.
