In 1977, Barry Walsh established his own auctioneering and estate agency practice. It was a small company with Barry and one employee, at a time when the property boom and Celtic tiger would have been words of a foreign language, but with determination and belief in the market place it has grown from strength to strength.
In April 2000, the company joined Sherry FitzGerald Countrywide. It is now a thriving company with one full time employee. The office was originally located at 96 Main Street, Carrick on Suir and in 1989 moved to new and totally refurbished offices at 91 Main Street. By joining the Sherry FitzGerald national network, Barry has been able to bring their clients a far wider range of services together with a far greater exposure for their clients properties to the largest market.
