Wiltshire Individual Property Management Services specialise in the management of individual residential properties. A fully qualified property manager is appointed to over-see each development. The property manager is the person whose impact is the most direct on a property's performance; therefore the appointed property managers inspect each development frequently.
The primary responsibility for serving a building and its residents lies with the property manager. All maintenance, and tenant complaints are dealt with at the earliest convenience.
The following is a list of functions and day to day duties our property managers carry out:

* Handling all insurance matters including claims.
* Liaising with the auditors in relation to the preparation and presentation of all accounts for annual audit.
* Ensure the AGM is scheduled and presented within the legal time frame.
